1. We require a credit card number to hold rooms please as we get extremely busy, especially during peak season, and cancellation charges may apply.
2. All prices in sterling.
3. These are Bed and Breakfast Rates per room per day for:
   • Arrival after 5.30 p.m. the first day
   • Departure by 11 a.m. the last day
4. Guests are welcome to stay for longer hours than the above bed and breakfast times but the following supplements will apply:
   • Use of room at any time between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. - £8 (per person)
   • Use of room at any time between 1 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. - £8 (per person)
5. Cancellation policy
   • If at any time, a room is relet - NO CHARGE.
   • If room is not relet for Friday night, Saturday night, or any bank holiday - the full price of the booking will be charged, unless 5 full days notice before the first day of the booking has been given.
   • If room is not relet for Sunday to Thursday nights, the following sliding scale of charges applies:
     • Less than 48hrs notice before 9.a.m. of the first day of the booking - the full price of booking.
     • 3 full days notice - 60%,
     • 4 full days notice - 50%
     • 5 full days notice - 25%.
   • Notice of cancellation must be given by phone or fax if less than 6 full days, for more than 6 days email is acceptable.
